Mad Jacques Vélo: nearly 150 cycle travellers at the Maison du Cyclisme in Aywaille

The Maison du Cyclisme welcomed nearly 150 cycle travellers during the Mad Jacques Vélo Ardenne-Meuse. A stop filled with discovery, curiosity and good cheer.

A cultural stop along their cycling adventure

Arriving from Spa, the participants, affectionately known as the “Jacquots”, stopped at the Maison du Cyclisme to discover our collections and the temporary exhibition “AfricAntilles Vélo Passion”.

In a cheerful atmosphere, their visit gave them the chance to explore cycling history and the connections between cycling, Africa and the Caribbean.

From Aywaille to Palogne, before heading to the Durbuy area

After their visit, the travellers headed to Aywaille’s municipal park to recharge before continuing their journey to the Domaine de Palogne.

More activities awaited them there, including a yoga session with La Tête dans les Étoiles. The next stage took them to explore the Durbuy area.

Thank you to the Jacquots for their enthusiasm and this wonderful encounter at the Maison du Cyclisme!
